CLASSES & TRAINING AT CIRQUE ATHLETICS
There are so many types and ways to train and learn circus. At every level, in every discipline, the most important tool we can offer is quality coaching every step of the way. Our coaches will help you understand the technique, expand your comfort zone, and invite creativity and curiosity into your training. In workshops, lessons, and classes, from beginner to advanced, they’ll teach you how to understand, dissect, modify, and master the movements, the tricks and eventually the performances to make them uniquely yours.
CROSSFIT
Our workouts often include functional exercises, or exercises that mimic movements you do in everyday life. Functional movements can help improve agility, balance, and flexibility. They also can reduce your risk for injury and improve your quality of life as you age.
AERIAL
Results showed that learning circus is an opportunity to develop social skills, improve risk-taking judgment, align individuals’ projected and actual selves and enhance problem solving, creativity, self esteem and perseverance.

CROSSFIT
Our strength and conditioning program goal is to inspire kids to develop a lifelong love of fitness. Our program will improve coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and endurance through constantly varied workouts, all while having fun.
AERIAL
Our number one goal is to teach circus skills in a fun, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Classes are split by age and level. If a student would be a better fit in a different class please talk to the parent and reception staff about moving them.

NUTRITION COACHING
Our nutrition coaches work directly with you, one-on-one, to build a custom program that fits your needs. Together we will engineer a program that makes sense for you and produces lasting change.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Working out can be intimidating. It’s normal to have goals and be unsure how to achieve them, and it’s completely normal to lack motivation at times. A personal trainer can help you overcome your obstacles and take you to new heights on your fitness journey.
ONLINE PROGRAMMING
Since the workout sessions aren’t done in person, you can choose to workout anytime you like. You don’t want to have to coordinate schedules with someone who trains in a gym across town. You’re now in charge of your fitness, and we're here to help!
