If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) there will be a $50 reactivation charge applied to your account prior to signing up for your first class.
If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request.
This form will serve as your 30 day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled 30 days from the submission of this form.
If you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30 day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
I understand that by cancelling my CrossFit Membership, I may be required to retake The Fundamentals Program upon return.
I understand by cancelling my Aerial Membership, I'm forfeiting all checklist leveling information and upon return will be attending level 100 classes.
